Joy on Noyon

We went to Noyon for the Annual General Meeting of the European Cultural Route 'In the Footsteps of Robert Louis Stevenson' of which we are members. Our representative Martin White was elected to its Board. We heard about future events in Bad Homburg in 2019 and then the Cevennes in 2020. This fits beautifully with our plans to have a mobile exhibit featuring Treasure Island. The only fly in the ointment was having to avoid the 'Gillets Jaunes' whose blockade of major roads cut short our visit. C'est la vie!
